These terms govern your use of Resale Photo Enhancer, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service enhances photos of items you sell and replaces or improves their backgrounds using template scenes or your own text prompts, so your listings look clean and professional. Enhanced photos must still represent the actual item honestly: do not use enhancements to hide defects or mislead buyers.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and of the enhanced versions generated from them, subject to these terms. Only upload photos you own or have the right to use commercially, and comply with the rules of any marketplace where you publish the results.

Credits and payment

Enhancement features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
